With over 40 years of experience working on every make and model of boiler, we will honestly tell you if we can keep your boiler going, give you advice on how to give it some TLC or tell you not to throw good money after bad and that it’s time to get it replaced.
Our vans are well stocked, or we have a bounty of merchants locally able to supply parts, so we have a good chance of diagnosing and fixing the appliance quickly.

How much is a call-out?
Even when a customer describes the fault to us, or sends photos, it is impossible to pin down the cost of a repair until the engineer has seen it. Plumbing is never that straightforward.
Although we do make a standard charge, this charge covers the first hour of work, including diagnosing the fault, so if we fix the fault (with no parts) within that first hour, that is all you will have to pay.
If there are further works required, we will give you subsequent quote for those works.

How long is the guarantee on the Boiler?
The guarantee will range from 5 years to 12 years depending on your selection and fuel type.
Do you take money upfront? Will I need to pay a deposit?
We do ask for 40% as a deposit when you place the order, but we offer finance options, and payment plans and you can pay by card
How long have you been trading and how big is your team?
We have been trading since 2010 and have a team of 12+ employees.
What aftercare support will I receive?
We provide a full aftercare service which includes, answering all your enquiries, an annual service reminder, chargeable annual servicing, and our Christy Care Plans so you know we are there for you, for the long term.
Do you use subcontractors or your own engineers?
We only use our own trained, certified, and registered engineers.
Do you have an office? Can I come in and see you?
Yes, we have an office in Clapham, Bedford where we have been based since 2007.
What qualifications do your engineers have?
Our installers are Gas Safe registered for domestic and commercial installations.
How quickly can the boiler be replaced?
Boilers can be replaced within 24 hours if required.
