If you’ve only got one toilet on your property it’s important to keep it working. Our qualified plumbers can help.
If you have more than one toilet, this is not an emergency.
No heating or hot water?
If it is freezing and you’ve got no heating, or you are vulnerable and must have hot water, call us now.
If your shower is not working this is NOT an emergency.

- What we class as out of hours is when we arrive:
Monday – Friday 8 pm to 8 am all day Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.
2. You will be advised of a minimum charge depending on the time of the booking, the job, and your location: If we can fix the issue within the first hour without parts that’s all it will cost you. If, however, repairs or parts are required a subsequent price will be given. This minimum charge includes diagnosing the fault.
3. Payment for the minimum charge will be taken by card at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
4. Due to availability of materials, we may have to make a temporary repair, as we do not carry every part for every job or every appliance or eventuality, and if a return visit is required this will be charged additionally.
5. We offer a 15-minute telephone consultation or video consultation, the charge for this is £36.00.
